The product was exactly what was advertised. It was shipped and arrived very quickly. The electric shaver works as advertised and my boyfriend uses it more than I do!

Just the item I need for my wobbly toilet seat. Easy to install and stopped the wobble.

It was a total WASTE OF MONEY.

It took 6 weeks for the order to arrive.

I ordered four products from this company, and the entire experience has been a disaster from start to finish. It took nearly a month for anything to arrive, and when the packages finally showed up, the items were nothing like what was advertised. The products are cheap, tiny, low‑quality knockoffs that look nothing like the photos. Total misrepresentation.

They also play pricing games. Their own receipts show one price, but PayPal receipts come through about 20% higher. I had to contact them after every single order just to get the overcharge refunded. If you don’t watch your receipts carefully, they will quietly take more than you agreed to pay. That is not an accident — that is a tactic.

When the orders arrived, the products were overpriced junk. The quality is so bad that the price is absolutely unjustifiable. I requested an RMA number for a proper return, but they refuse to issue real refunds. Instead, they offer a few dollars as a “partial refund.” For example, on a $50 item, they refunded $4. Completely unacceptable.

And it gets worse: they never delivered my fourth item at all. Their “tracking system” claims it was delivered, but nothing ever arrived. They told me to go to my local post office and check the tracking number — but USPS doesn’t even recognize their tracking because it’s not a real USPS number. It’s some internal or foreign system that means nothing once it reaches the U.S.

I am still fighting with them for a full refund, but based on their behavior so far, I expect they will continue to dodge responsibility.

Bottom line: NEVER deal with this company. Their practices are deceptive, their products are misrepresented, their pricing is manipulated, and their customer service is a maze designed to wear you down. Avoid them at all costs.

This woman asked some important questions about an upcoming procedure to give me an appointment date to give surgeon time to review.

You're a Hong Kong company claiming to ship out of Spain, yet the packaging shows China. You overcharged me by $11.74 and were unreachable to handle the complaint and I had to have my credit card company take care of it. I ordered the product on 5-28-26 and received it on 6-20-26, some 23 days. You advertise as Sosurface but the charge to the credit card shows as Citetech Hong Kong Easey. I assumed you were a scam until the product arrived. Haven't used it as yet to determine if the product is any good. That's a whole different subject. I will never buy from your company again.

The delivery took a while but has finally arrived. I have not had time to use it yet, but am looking forward to it ! 😁

USPS claims package was delivered to a locker on 5/26/26. They probably put it in the wrong box and the reciever didn''t return it. Whatever the case, we did NOT receive it. Perhats you should file a claim with USPPS

Item sent was much smaller than the item pictured by about 60% so sort of a bait and switch. It did arrive quickly, however, and the tracking app worked nicely.

In the beginning, I was over charged before it was corrected.

Works fine. But the bottle you show and the one you receive is much smaller. It's like a miniature version.
