Source Wood Floors Avis

A really first class company! I spent a long time deciding on where to source the engineered oak for my flat refurb & then a long time picking the floor. I was drawn to Source Wood Floors in part by their high Trustpilot rating - and it is very much deserved. Sarah & Sharon have been courteous, helpful, patient and friendly throughout (& gratefully no / none / nada hard sell or pushiness). The quality of the engineered oak I chose is excellent & when I had issues due to my installer (no connection to them) messing up, they were extremely very helpful. Recommended without hesitation !

This is the second time we’ve used Source Woods floods and we’ve had great service. Really helpful and efficient from the enquiry stage right through to delivery. I would happily use them again and recommend to others.
Many thanks!

Great local business, Sharon is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, good range of products and really quick and efficient delivery.

Hi everyone, if you ever need a good quality wood flooring? Go to Source. They have huge selection, they provide samples which are sent and delivered very quickly. Fantastic customer service ( Big thanks and credits to Sarah who is dealing with my orders she is just amazing )
Thank you Source!

Delightful to deal with, competitive prices, extremely responsive and helpful when resolving an issue with the manufacturer (very important for a tradesman!).

Everything from enquiring to delivery is excellent. Good communication 👏

The team at Source were exceptionally helpful and friendly from the very beginning. Their professionalism continued throughout the sales process, and even when I encountered some significant issues (entirely of my own making), after my purchase, they were just as supportive in helping me resolve them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Source to anyone looking to purchase an engineered wood floor. Well done to the entire Source team!

Seamless process start to finish.
Sarah was incredible and kept me updated from purchasing the floor to delivery.
Floors are beautiful and amazing quality.
Thanks team!
Will be buying from here again when needed :)

I wanted to order some engineered oak and dealt with a very friendly and helpful member of staff. The order arrived on time and we were very pleased with the quality and price. I would use this company again.

Great service from start to delivery, great product, many thanks

Excellent experience, Sharon was an absolute gem who helped us along the way and ensured we received our package in a timely manner.

Easy to get a quote which was very competitive and to place an order. Could select a free delivery date to suit. Excellent customer service and I was remembered from when I had a quote 18 months ago. Certainly would recommend this company 100%

Great service and amazingly helpfull staff, Sarah is brilliant. Samples are a good size and came the next day. I bought Elka oak engineered flooring and at a great price too.
Excellent all round 👏 👍

Excellent customer service and great product, Thank you

Great customer service. They called me several times to discuss availability and delivery dates.

Price was very competitive and delivery arrived on time. Will use again.

Sarah at Source Wood could not have been more helpful while I tried to find the perfect floor. Not only did she get in touch with me to find out what I thought of the samples, she listened and shared her additional recommendations when I said I hadn’t found what I was looking for. She even shared a brand new sample with me that hadn’t even been published on the site. I ultimately ended up with a wood from elsewhere but it was a very close call and only because my husband and I liked the colour slightly more (nothing to do with the quality at all). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. Found out about the company via Claire Kennedy’s instagram page as she has a herringbone floor from source wood and highly recommended it.

Thanks again to superstar Sarah!
