Source Wood Floors Avis

I chose to buy from this company mostly owing to their helpful staff. They were able to answer all my questions and offer advice over the phone. They kept me informed of delivery timing and although something went wrong (the wrong underlay was delivered) this was immediately sorted with one phone call. Also I was never put on hold or held in a queue! The website was also very helpful as there are sections with advice on various aspects of wooden flooring.
I cannot yet comment on the final result as I am still waiting for my builder to come and lay the floor but it looks good so far.

Friendly, helpful and advised on fitters covering my area. ( I found an equally helpful fitter from their list)

Good floor, god price.

First time order, which arrived quickly. Driver called in advance to let me know he was on his way and most importantly the logs are dry and burning really well

Great customer service and very helpful advice. Would highly recommend and will be looking to book my next order with.

Amazing customer service from Sarah i will definitely be in touch in the future for any flooring i need. 👍👍

Ordered a sample from source wood flooring came within 24hrs of order. I have removed a fire and needed to patch up existing floor, sample matched perfectly. I only needed to order one pack which after talking and paying a little more for delivery source flooring sorted out no problem. After a problem with delivery a quick phone call to Sharon which she sorted out straight away the items arrived next day. 5 star service and great product. Thanks

Bought glue from the company as price was fine. It was all well packaged, and more importantly delivery is by DHL, not yodel. So all good

Great customer communications and a well recommended company to deal with. Will use again. Thanks

Had fitters booked for the Monday and called Source Wood Floors on the Tuesday before. Our local suppliers had let us down and I was frantically trying to find replacement flooring. Sharon was fantastic. She talked me through some of their stock that I had selected and rushed some samples to me which arrived the next day. I called back to place the order and she contacted the suppliers and arranged to have the order delivered by the Friday.

The order arrived as promised and the flooring looks fantastic. Sharon also stepped in when there was a slight delay on the delivery day to call the delivery company and get updates. Excellent service all round and would use them again without hesitation!

Good price, customer service and quick and flexible free delivery

Amazing product and the customer service is second to none, Sharon was super helpful throughout! We love our new floor

Source Flooring team have supported us with advice as we progressed our project, and made ordering materials straightforward. Thank you.

Will definitely use this company for more solid wood flooring.

VERY POLITE AND ATTENTIVE YOUNG LADY THANKYOU

I've been a builder for nearly 40 years and have dealt with hundreds of suppliers. These days it's hard to find a company with exemplary customer service such as Source Wood Floors. Every stage of the process was seamless: quotation, ordering and delivery. Thanks.

The customer service I received from Sourcewood Floors has been exemplary. From my initial order to keeping in touch with me whilst waiting for the flooring to be shipped & all the way through to receipt in July. Sarah & Sharon couldn't have been more helpful & although this was an on-line purchase, I was looked after in a personal way that you would normally only expect buying from a quality retail shop. I really can't praise them highly enough. My engineered oak floor is beautiful & I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I searched for a long time to find the right engineered wood for my living room until I came across Source Wood Floors.
Sarah was extremely helpful and went out of her way to send me as many samples of quality wood until I found the right shade.
I also have Sharon to thank for the fact that the load of 18 heavy packs arrived on time within 2 days. I would also like to thank the super team at Source Wood Floors for the helpfulness of the courier who delivered the entire load safely to my house.
I would highly recommend this great company.
