Towards the latter stages of our tenancy there was a change in management to South Manchester homes. I cannot overstate the palpable difference in service we received as tenants following this change. Emma and Jonathan are both extremely friendly and attentive. It altered my perception of how tenancies can be managed (after having largely poor experiences with letting agents over the last 5/6 years of renting). It definitely felt as though we had a dialogue with the landlord and their management strengthened our relationship with him too. If I were to ever buy-to-let or look for someone to manage my properties in the future South Manchester Homes will be the first port of call.

Jonathan is a breath of fresh air in this market and does things in a unique way. As a landlord, he keeps you constantly informed of all updates as they happen and always ensures the best for landlord and tenant. More than happy with the service and will be using on future property purchases as managing agent, especially as property was let within 1 week of appointment!
