Misleading customers really disappointed
I got this as a gift for my partner. Thinking it’s an 10year old version of Glenmorangie
As it’s showing old photos of this whiskey rather than the new one you can buy from any supermarket for market between £28-£33 max. So this is misleading the customer by having old pictures.
Really disappointed as I have had all range of Glenmorangie for his birthday.

Do not order from this 'company' - it is a scam business. Paid for champagne and 3 weeks later no delivery and no one to complain to. Must learn to google before buying from strange websites!

Package not delivered and customer support unhelpful
My package was apparently delivered to the recipient but the proof of delivery doesn’t prove that - it is a photo without any identifying features. It was not delivered to the correct place and I’m struggling to get help or a resolution from Sparkling Direct.

Fantastic service. Could send from Ireland to someone in England with specified date. They emailed the delivery time within a one hour window and it was exact. The presentation was lovely and they were delighted. Would recommend and use again.
