Everything went smoothly. The purchasing and delivery were both handled as specified.

I ordered at short notice but was still able to get next day delivery. Also it was delivered by midday which was excellent. It can now chill throughout the afternoon and be ready for our son and daughter-in-law to drink in the evening. Thought that the costs of ordering a known brand of champagne were a little on the high side.

Bought as a present for my sister and honestly it was beautiful. Beautifully packaged too. Such a good present and amazing value for money. Will definitely be buying again!

My house is really hard to locate and Jacquie from Sparkling went the extra mile pulling out detailed maps of the area in order to help the driver locate us. They were also really easy to contact over the busy Xmas season with a rep (Jacquie) returning my call immediately after having researched the delivery issue before calling. I was honestly a bit stunned! The packaging was also beautiful and I can highly recommend ordering from these guys!

I came across Sparkling Direct during a last minute panic last Christmas for client gifts last year, and they’re so good, I’ve been back again this year! I’ve only sent champagne, so can’t comment of their other products but they have a large range of options, reasonably priced, lots of different packaging options (celebration boxes etc), genuine next-day delivery - even in December! And a great comma system that tells you when each item is en route, and has been delivered. Really happy with this service, and would really recommend it.

placed an order on the 26th Nov for delivery on the 28th. Item not despatched and now can't get hold of anyone in customer services via phone or email!

Absolutely disappointed. Will call tomorrow to raise my concerns. Prosecco bottle is too big for the the wooden box provided. To the point it had damaged the prosecco bottle and the personalised label . The personalised label was not stuck down properly and had to to do it myself. Absolutely gutted. Not wheat I expected. Looks damaged and cheap. Plus it doesn’t even fit in the box. Quality of the label is disgusting
