Very prompt and convenient service. Delivery was on time. Although I was notified my wine was delivered, I would have liked to have known who signed for the product so I was confident it went to the correct address. The gift was for a wedding gift so had to wait until the couple had returned from their honeymoon to find out if they had received. I will definitely use this service again and would thoroughly recommend.

Personalised champagne arrived with the presentation box split and damaged. Despite calling and leaving an answer machine message, and emailing ( several times) the company have shown no interest in responding to the issue. Subsequently had to buy another box to gift the bottle. Awful service. Would recommend avoiding at all costs.

No delivery. No call. Money all gone. No one picking up the phone. However! The community spirit is still alive in Glasgow! We put out a message on a local bulletin board and a neighbour delivered the wine. Not the company, not the person who signed the wrong name and accepted the wine, but a woman who probably refused to drink someone else's birthday wine. People can be nice
