I will include notes to my Thoughts

-the website is extremely user friendly and I enjoyed the benefit of next-day service.

-on the website, the below is ambiguous- one of the reasons I was draw to your service

-the ladies were on time and extremely friendly. I am lucky I speak Polish well enough to have explain my requirements

-what I thought was unusual and unprofessional that I received a call after the Agreed upon time that there are more things to be done and whether I would accept further work. The problem was that there was no mention to me of what the extra things that needed to be done were, and without directly mentioning what has done and what has not been done, I refused an addition charge, in the region of 33%.

-I would use Spic and Span in future for the convenience, but I would not recommend it to the local community.

the flat was clean at the end the person so charming so the experience and the end was great.
The cleaning lady took by mistake the tap handle and the customer service was quite good, the answer to solve the problem was fast and efficient

Easy communication - in English - reported clearly what had to be paid before and after - after care, asked for picture if unhappy with cleaning to have it recleaned etc

Excellent service.The cleaning lady (Lindiwe)was polite and made sure to go the extra mile to make sure my apartment was super clean.I would definitely recommend her to other clients.Thank you for the amazing cleaning service I would definitely use the cleaning service again if needed.

It was not stated how much the cleaning would cost me. I thought it was 20 €, but it turned out that it was only the deposit. I would appreciate if the price was stated from the very beginning. When you send an invoice of 65€ after the cleaning it feels like a scam, which it probably is. Anyway its your business and its not my job to tell you how to run it. It would just be nice if people could be honest from time to time.

First time trying and it's an absolute mess.
Appointment #1. Everything seemed fine until the lady arrived unprepared, despite me filling the questionnaire on the website and leaving the remark that since it's a moving in/moving out type of service, the flat will be empty and the solvents/vacuum cleaner should be brought along. Unpleasant, but ok, happens, rescheduled the appointment for the next day.
Appointment #2. Nobody shows up at the set time. No warning, no notification. Nothing.
Result: job wasn't done, almost 2 days wasted. All these questions are for the local provider to ignore.
The customer service is nice though.

We had a wonderful cleaning lady take care of our whole apartment. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She did an excellent job of cleaning all the surfaces we talked about in our walk-through. I am considering hiring her for regular cleaning!

I used Spic And Span to clean my apartment before moving out. I can highly recommend this company -- their cleaners are efficient, professional, friendly, and spoke perfect English! :) They did an amazing job -- would definitely hire them again.
