Customer service
I have given the customer service the five stars, as I had a couple of issues.
These were sorted in double quick time,
by two different agents. Both of which worked to the same high degree.
I have not had an opportunity to use the machine yet, but when I do I'll up date this review.

Took some time to arrive
Took some time to arrive, one of the sleeves was creased and one had a dead moth pressed within the sleeve, i wouldn't call that archive quality also and this is mostly my fault but you have to mix the solution with deionised water, i just thought you could use neat like two other cleaning fluids.

Many thanks for your recent order and for taking the time to write us a review 👏
Please accept my apologies for the creased sleeve and the very unfortunate moth inside one of the sleeves. That is clearly not acceptable and falls well below the standards we set for ourselves.
We don’t get it right all the time, but we always try to put things right as quickly as possible when something goes wrong.
I’ve located your order and issued a partial refund to cover the damaged sleeves, with a little extra for the inconvenience.
Regarding the cleaning fluid, you’re absolutely right that our solution needs to be mixed with deionised or distilled water before use.
We do include the dilution instructions on the front of the bottle, but I completely appreciate this can be missed, especially if you’re used to cleaning fluids that are designed to be used neat.
I can also see that delivery was slower than we would normally expect, although it did still arrive within the advertised delivery window of 24–25 June, on the 24th June.
Thank you again for your feedback, and apologies once more for the issues with your order.
With best regards,
Anthony Taylor
