So very disappointed...
I wasn't expecting my vinyl to sound new but was very disappointed in the results. I tried the cleaner on a mix of old, second hand and a new album (tubular bells 2, played about 6 times). The instructions were clear and easy to understand and I also looked at several videos on YouTube so was happy setting it up. For some reason the distortion seemed worse at the beginning of each album after cleaning (which equates to the bottom of the cleaning unit) so I checked and the brushes were inserted correctly. As for tubular bells 2, in my opinion, the hissing, popping etc seemed worse throughout after cleaning.
I then cleaned them a second time just to make sure but there was no improvement. Going forward I can't see myself using this again as I don't want to risk my vinyl so this will be relegated to the loft.

Hi Fred,
Thank you for your order and for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really sorry to hear that the results weren’t what you expected - especially after following the instructions carefully and giving the records a second clean.
From what you’ve described, the distortion at the start of the record is certainly not typical of how the unit performs, so I’d very much like to look into this further with you.
I’ll reach out to you directly via email so we can troubleshoot and hopefully get this resolved for you.
With best regards,
Anthony Taylor

Not what was expecting
Not what was expecting, they do a job but not what wanted the covers for. First one split when I tried to put an album in it. I’ve used them anyway and am still looking for an alternative for my original plan

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the sleeves weren’t quite what you were looking for, and particularly that one split during use - that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
For context, our Clarity sleeves are designed to be very thin so they look as discreet as possible inside a jacket. As a result, they can be more prone to splitting than our heavier-gauge options, especially if the record is a tight fit.
If you’d like to contact us directly, we’d be happy to recommend a thicker alternative that may be better suited to your original plan.
Best regards,
Anthony Taylor

Great quality / inconsistent sizing
Great quality sleeves, however there is inconsistent sizing across packs. Sometimes they fit perfectly, other times they are ill fitting.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve experienced some inconsistency in sizing.
We have made some changes to the Clarity sizing based on customer feedback, so I am wondering if your issue is related to this.

Record Cleaning Machine (RCM)
The Spincare RCM lived up to my expectations, removing ingrained dust from well stored records, usually cleaned with anti stat fluid filled pads. Original sound quality restored 👍

Great sleeves
Great sleeves. Bought the sample pack first and opted for the crystal. Good size, will take a tri-fold album but not too big for single albums. Crystal clear, makes the artwork shine!! Have bought more this weekend and will probably get some inner sleeves too. Highly recommended.

My daughter drew my attention to you…
My daughter drew my attention to you when she bought an album for me. We played it immediately, but there was a slight 'click'. We checked it , there were no scratches, so she asked me if I had a cleaning kit. I did have, but during a recent renovation, I had lost it. She gave me your details and I bought a kit from you. I received good prompt service, and should I need anything else, you will be my first port of call. Thank you.
