Sportingbet Avis 

Terrible company who will not pay out any winnings. DO NOT gamble with this company.

I signed up for sportingbet on the 24/03/2024 and was immediately electronically verified and was allowed to deposit and play.

Since then I have deposited around £750 playing slots. Yesterday I won £2000 and tried to withdraw my winnings. After almost 24 hours without payout I contacted support and was advised I needed to send documentation to verify my account.

I sent the documents even though UK Gambling Commission rules state;

"A gambling business can't ask you to prove your age and identity as a condition of withdrawing your money if they could have asked you at an earlier point. However, there may be occasions where a gambling business can only ask you for information at that time in order to fulfil legal obligations.

If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds."

After sending the requested documents, I received an email from sportingbet stating they have made a business decision to close my account and confiscate the balance quoting terms and conditions sections 14, 16 & 17. Having read these, I have not placed any fraudulent bets nor have I reached any other terms and conditions.

Email after email, customer service chat after customer service chat and I'm getting automated repetitive responses or told to contact the email that is giving me the automated responses.

Worst company in greece low odds on sports i lost 1k in 10 min asked for a bonus and they didnt give a single euro.dont play there are way better books

Bet placed 17 February taking odds offered under Best Odds Guaranteed promotion. Starting prices for two winning selections were better than BOG odds and return should have been circa £600. However bet was settled using shorter BOG odds and Sportingbet only paid out £410. Despite providing clear evidence BOG promotion rules applied they simply respond saying bet settlement is correct and give no explanation. My experience with this bookmaker was terrible and if I could have given them no stars I would have done. Avoid at all costs!

I made a 500 deposit, received an additional 400 bonus.. Placed a few bets n got it up to 1400, placed some more bets n got it back down to around 1000.. A few days later my account balance was zero.. I queried it with the live chat and got the following responses: Thank you for your patience, i regret to inform you that an amount of R R 602,57 plus R 400 was claimed back when your Bonus expired before you could complete your wagering... And: With regards to the above funds were claimed back when your Bonus expired, we will not be adding these funds back due to this action being inline with the terms of the bonus, to take this further you can contact the Western cape Gambling board. What a scam!

Do not register with this company. They will limit your stakes to laugh at you after first won bet. Stay away. Nothing new here, another company of deceiving crooks.

10% Verlust Bonus jeden Sonntag klingt ja gut. Versucht man dann, die Bonusbestimmungen zu erfüllen, ist das unmöglich, weil dann immer ein "Verbindungsabbruch" die Wetten verhindert.
Schade, war mal ein halbwegs guter bwin spinoff. Jetzt sind sie offenbar am Ende.
Der Markt bereinigt sich. Die Seiten, die gute Bedingungen für Profis bieten (über Quoten oder Boni), wie pinnacle, bet365 etc. werden überleben.

This company is a scam. I placed 2 bets on springboks going to the finals. Was supposed to get paid 2850rand. Then when i checked my bet history the bet is gone and I cant even see lost or won. Than i went to transaction and it shows i won but than some bs was made up on expired bonus or some bs that took away the exact amount. Stay away people

Yesterday I deposited 100 pounds, I won something like 350pounds. Today my account is closed and all my money gone. What the hell is going on with this company... I wanna make a complaint against this scam

You know for a fact the ones giving them 5 stars are people who work for them

After winning a bet on over market, a odd of 2, nothing crazy, i have been voided, they stole my money, not giving me the profit but this is not all.

They blocked my withdrawals and blocked my account(unable to login) with 330 pound on it. I have been 4 times with agents on the chat, they are saying a superior needs to solve this issue but nobody is helping, I have also emailed them and no response.

Literality stealing your money in 2023, i cannot believe those companies are still on the market.

STAY AWAY!! If you get lucky they won't pay you! Read not only this review but all the reviews and find another betting site.

If a company has 1 star avarege in trustpilot, this means it is total scam. Well that is what sportingbet is exactly avoid at any cost

Absolutely scammers don't waste your money, as soon as you have a small win they shut down your account!! Then tell you there is an issue with your verification document, Avoid this site

Asked for verification as a condition of withdrawal. Already uploaded and still unwilling to payout. If anyone else is having issues with this you can contact the gambling commission and refer to section 17.1.1 which they are in breach of

Don't play in their casino, the winning chances are zero. Their slots are absolutely terrible.
