I went on to this site as my son purchases direct from them regularly, I wanted to get him a little surprise for his birthday and purchased a voucher online. We ordered our item late (a friday) and needed it for monday but we had no hopes of it coming as its 3-5 working days but it still came on monday just in time for my daughter to take it to school.

I was not givern the option to ask that the delivery company to leave the package in the porch. That had to be done via the delivery companies web site which I did not know until after the first delivery attempt. Thus, I ordered on Saturday and got delivery on Wednesday having paid for next day delivery.

I ordered a set if cricket cufflinks 2 weeks before my boyfriends birthday to allow ample time for them to arrive, received an e-mail to say they had been dispatched then waited and waited, nothing.

emailed the company and was told to wait, I explained that I had waiting for almost 2 weeks, was told they would arrive!!

Sent a complaint and then a very helpful customer services guy said he would resend, got them in 2 days and they were beautiful, I did e-mail back a massive thank you to which I also got a nice reply, would use again but would allow plenty of time for post.

To be fair I think the issue was with Royal Mail rather then Sports online who were excellent and the goods were stunningly made.

I have ordered badminton clothes for my girlfriend and I could never find better price. Over 80% sale. A parcel was delivered quickly and without problems. I recommend them to everyone.
