Squaremouth gave multiple options and I was able to find one that fit my need & budget. Easy online process. I did have one question, called the 800 number for Tinleg & was qyickly able to speak to a person, not a recording ! Jaz was fabulous & answered my question so I could complete the purchase process. Thank you!

Such an easy process to research / purchase travel insurance! It was a real advantage to be able to compare options efficiently.

They make it easy to get travel insurance. Some agents are better than others but all have been good

The website offered different policies for various coverages. There was also a tool to compare and contrast the policies. There was price cited was the exact amount cited on the provider’s website.

I was disappointed to learn that an additional traveler in our party could not be paid for and subsequently added to the policy I paid for in July 2025 that includes 8 other travelers this summer; and, that a new policy had to be written that did not include "cancel or interruption for any reason" do to timing related policy restrictions.

That said, my 4 star rating is driven by the customer service I received from Cindy! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding me thru the process of securing a new policy for this one individual traveler in our group. Her communications were always clear, concise, and audible. And her kind and patient personality was so very much appreciated.

I was a Medical Group COO of a very large health care system of over 160 physicians and 3000 employees for a few decades. My #1 priority was always the expectation of excellence in customer service from well-trained and compassionate employees.

I can attest, based on my experience today with Cindy, that she excels in such attributes. Square Mouth is certainly fortunate in having Cindy as one of your employees. It will always serve the company....and your customers...very well to not only value her employment, but to compensate her accordingly.

Please ensure that her Supervisor and overall Management is informed of my assessment of her performance today. I would appreciate such effort!

Easy to access, valuable stored info on prior trips and policies, simple and informative comparison info

I have used Squaremouth for many years. I find their website exceptionally convenient for comparing the different policy options. Their staff are always very helpful if I decide to extend my stay and need extra coverage.

Finding the exact right travel insurance for your trip needs is made very easy. Searching and reviewing and comparing individual insurance companies any other way is ridiculously hard in comparison to using square mouth. Price and value are easily understood.
