According to our records, your order came in on the Friday evening of the 29th of December and was shipped out on the 2nd of January. Due to the New Year's holiday, packages were not shipped until the following Tuesday after New Year's Day. We placed a banner on our website to give a heads-up regarding this delay.
The tracking information, sent to you via email, indicates that you received your package this morning at 9:20am. Two to three days from the date shipped is a normal delivery time for package within the United States.
During holiday weekends, we ask customers to notify us if they need their packages overnight or within a specified time. In your case, the holiday would have prevented us from shipping your package before the Tuesday following New Year's Day. However, if you would have notified us that you needed your package by Wednesday or Thursday, we would have gladly overnighted or sent it 2-Day delivery.
I hope this helps you for future holiday shipping.

These folks are the best
These folks are the best! I had a question and called them, they answered the phone immediately and answered my question. Never having done any beading I had another question so I emailed them. I had a response within minutes. They mailed my order the same day I placed it. All in all a pretty amazing company!

I have shopped at Stateside Bead Supply for all of my magnetic bead supplies; however, my experience with my most recent order was not satisfactory. I ordered beads a week ago, paid for expedited shipping and I still have not received my items. This may be a combination of Stateside or the United States Postal Service, but I needed these beads for a rush order which I was not able to fulfill in time. I will continue to shop Stateside Bead Supply, but I felt since you asked for my opinion, I would give you my honest feedback.

We received your order on Saturday and it was shipped the following Monday morning. Unfortunately, USPS took a week to deliver your Priority Mail package. This may happen, as Priority Mail delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date. During the holiday season or whenever you need a package to arrive at a specific time, we encourage you to select 2 Day or 3 Day delivery which is a guaranteed delivery service.
