Doesn’t even deserve 1

A huge disappointment: Despite putting in an enormous amount of effort, the result was zero—and to top it off, the support team was completely unhelpful! I am deeply disappointed with Stay22. You spend days optimizing content and patiently waiting for the first earned commissions to appear on the dashboard.

After weeks of waiting, I encountered a shocking situation: click counts were rising, yet conversion rates remained virtually zero. So I decided to book two different hotels and test stay22 links on my account. Guess what? Second booking got immediately monitored but the first one is still missing!

When I contacted the support team with this clear technical evidence, I was treated in a completely dismissive manner. Instead of actually investigating the issue, they brushed me off with standard, evasive responses. They completely ignored the issue and closed my tickets and chat boxes.

After putting so much effort into embedding those faulty links across 50 pages, I was forced to redo the entire tedious task from scratch: I had to revisit every single page to completely remove the Stay22 code and replace it with reliable direct links (such as those from Expedia).

The result: double the work, weeks of valuable traffic completely wasted, zero revenue, and a support team that fails to take its partners seriously.

Long story to short Stay22 isn’t really monitoring your affiliate bookings correctly. Who knows how many bookings have been made through my website so far taht it will never ever monitor at all.

Großes Frust-Erlebnis: Riesiger Arbeitsaufwand für absolut nichts und ignoranter Support!Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Stay22. Ich besitze zwei Reise-Websites und habe mir die immense Arbeit gemacht, das LMA-Script und deren Links manuell auf über 50 verschiedenen Unterseiten zu integrieren. Man investiert Tage voller Arbeit, optimiert den Content und wartet geduldig darauf, dass die ersten verdienten Provisionen im Dashboard auftauchen.

Nach Wochen des Wartens dann der Schock: Die Klicks stiegen (über 120 Klicks im Dashboard), aber die Conversions blieben bei fast null. Als erfahrener Webmaster habe ich mich selbst auf Spurensuche begeben und meine Live-Server-Logs analysiert. Das Ergebnis ist eine absolute Frechheit: Auf mobilen Endgeräten (egal ob aus Deutschland oder Rumänien) schlägt das Stay22-Redirect-Script (/allez/roam) reihenweise fehl! Wenn ein Nutzer auf ein Hotel klickt, fängt das Script den Klick ab, erzeugt einen Loop und wirft den mobilen Touristen einfach wieder zurück auf meine eigene Webseite. Die Nutzer drehen sich im Kreis, können nicht buchen und verlassen frustriert die Seite.

Als ich mich mit diesen glasklaren, technischen Beweisen und Server-Logs an den Support gewendet habe, wurde ich absolut oberflächlich behandelt. Statt dass sich jemand das Problem auf mobilen Geräten wirklich anschaut, wird man mit Standard-Phrasen abgespeist. Sie haben die Sache komplett ignoriert und sich das Ganze nur oberflächlich vom Desktop aus angeschaut, ohne das Problem im Live-Betrieb bei echten mobilen Nutzern zu beheben.

Nachdem ich all diese Arbeit investiert habe, um ihre fehlerhaften Links auf 50 Seiten einzubauen, durfte ich jetzt die gleiche schwere Arbeit noch einmal machen: jede einzelne Seite wieder anfassen, um den Stay22-Code komplett runterzuwerfen und durch stabile Direktlinks (wie Expedia) zu ersetzen.

Fazit: Doppelte Arbeit, wochenlang wertvollen Traffic komplett verbrannt, 0 Einnahmen und ein Support, der seine Partner nicht ernst nimmt. Lasst die Finger davon!
