My old iMac dated back to 2009 so it was overdue an update, but with the replacement model costing more than 2 grand, I was keen to get good advice and have the reassurance of personal attention, if needed.

I am pleased to have bought a new 27" model from Steady Comps (August 2020) and so far it has proved to be an easy and and reassuring transaction. The machine arrived within 24 hours of placing the order(!!) and retailer Stephen Forbes was very helpful with telephone advice, in remotely configuring the system and setting up the extra software (Windows 10 and Microsoft Office). The Plus Pack of DVD player and SSHD external back-up disc took 10 days to arrive, but that was the only minor downside.

Would I recommend Steady Comps? Yes definitely - my experience with them has been prompt, personal and knowledgeable service and the promise of help at the end of a telephone, should it be needed.

Excellent sales advice reference the different performance delivery of Macs and Mini Macs plus the added bonus of Windows as a virtual machine on the Mini Mac has helped enormously!!

Excellent service I bought a custom 16" Macbook PRO with 64 GB RAM. etc very helpful . great service.
Also you can use reverse charge (VAT 0%) if you are an EU VTA company.. as Apple forces you to buy locally.
Using Revolut echange rates were a breeze .. np..

Just great. Fast reply, clear communication by email and whatsapp. We had a small hick-up regarding a shipping (which was delayed so they immediately paid extra to get the product in time, as promised, without charging me back.)
Purchased (separately) two items, one desktop computer and one set keyboard+mouse. Prices were correct and all went smooth for payment, etc.
I will check them again for my next purchase for sure.

Just purchased a Mini Mac from Steadycomps.com from the start it was great service all the way, helpful and informative advice from the owner Stephen Forbes on how I wanted the machine set up and ongoing advice once I received the Mini Mac the concept of running 2 operating systems Windows 10 and OS X is fantastic and it was good value for money with a whole host of software and add ons to compliment the entire experience, thoroughly recommend to any one looking for a new computer system that is the best of both worlds.

I am extremely pleased with the packages you have put together based on your idea of selling Macs already set up with other systems. I had been looking for the best way to buy a new Mac Mini ever since its release because I was starting to worry that the Fusion Drive in my 4 year old one could fail anytime. Then I found your ads. I had never considered using a VM. After using Bootcamp for 4 years to be able to have both Apple and Windows in one computer, I was getting tired of having to reboot every time I wanted to change between one and the other. I also had to double up on software such as Photoshop and Office. The VMWare Fusion solution therefore seemed perfect for me and it has turned out to be.

4 stars instead of 5 because of problems with the included DVD player/burner.
