I had never dealt with Steelgear previously, but I run a powder coating business and we were desperate for some heavy duty eyebolts to complete an urgent job. I rang up with a vague idea of what I needed. They helped me compile the order and it was quickly shipped and arrived safely. I had an had a change of plan when fitting the original layout so I additionally needed some other little bits to finish off and they were posted quickly and with me within a couple of days! Would thoroughly recommend them!

When I rang late on a Friday with a small request I got so much help to enable me to get the right product and they got it in the post so I got it the next day. Excellent service.
