I was very impressed with the water installation service. The installer was extremely friendly, polite, and respectful of our home. He took great care to keep the kitchen and surrounding areas clean throughout the job, showing real awareness of being in someone else’s house. He was pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly, making the whole process easy to understand. I would highly recommend his service!

We have been a customer of Sterling Softeners for over 10 years and have always found them professional and efficient with excellent customer service. We've just had a new water softener fitted and you would not even know the engineer had been as he left the room very tidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The company made me aware the engineer would be a little delayed. He then arrived exactly at the time I was given. He was courteous, took his shoes off and did a good job, explaining everything I needed to know. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Sterling Softeners have been brilliant throughout - helpful and very efficient in all that they do from servicing my old softener to helping me through the process of installing a new one when the old one finally died. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Installed a sws1 unit in a clients home, the tank somehow crushed itself internally. Sterling said sorry no warranty for that at the one year mark. I will be removing this unit and will not be installing this brand any more. They advised me to pay full price for replacement parts and shipping at a cost of almost $500 and I would provide the free labor. There are other good units out there that will stand by their products.

From start to finish this company have been excellent. The price is accurate and competitive. The level of work is done to a very high standard, as is the after care. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I inherited a 20 year old softener when I moved into my home and thought it to be a good idea to have it serviced.
I was concerned that whoever turned up would have a look, go "tut-tut" and tell me that my softener needed replacing.
That was exactly the opposite of what happened.
Simon turned up and was very professional, very friendly and very honest.
All tests showed that there was nothing wrong with my softener and he did the service for me; I am now scheduled for annual services.
It is nice in this day and age to find someone who is honest and won't give you a hard sell and try to sell you something that you do not need.

Called them out to look at leaking water softener, which had not fitted by Sterling. They came within 24 hours, identified the problem, and fixed it immediately. Great job thank you and would be happy to recommend Sterling.

All my dealing with this company have been prompt and friendly. Staff are responsive and knowledgeable and take the time to talk you through options and the different systems available.
