we visited your shop in Perth on Monday and we felt we had to leave a positive review as the service was exceptionally good. The lady (Shirley) Knew exactly what we were requiring for our twins and had everything sorted for us in no time. We found Shirley to be a very pleasant, knowledgible staff member and look forward to dealing with her in many years ahead. Best service we have had in a very long time. Well done Shirley!!!!!!!!!!

You were a no show on the Friday…
You were a no show on the Friday delivery. I waited home because your text declares a specific time. Rearranged my plans. Then your delivery person changed the time to Monday so casually . To add salt to the wound- you left parcel with neighbour 51! No way did I consent to that! They didn’t answer their door for a further 2 days. Very frustrating having to wait for someone to be home or pick up. You need to do better!
