Packaging and care with delivery could be better.
I would have given 5 star's except the hat wasn't delivered with care. The box was damaged and the hat squashed.

Value for money and a first class service!
I bought my wife a Barbour Blearigg showerproof jacket from Stewardsons in Hawkshead the price was more than £70 cheaper than other retailers.
Although I didn’t recognise the stores name but once I saw the picture/ logo on their website and correspondence I immediately realised where it was having visited the store on several occasions before.
I ordered the item on the free 3-5 day Royal Mail delivery option, although the item arrived the following day via DPD at no extra cost!
A first class service.
