Ordering is super easy and well explained on how to order to the correct size.
Turnaround time is fast and you get to watch you items being made (or you request not to have your items made live)

I ordered 80 magnetic bookmarks and the quality of them is just stunning and match my books perfectly. They are bright and so well made! The turnaround was also really quick!
I will definitely be ordering more items soon!

Unauthorized Use of My Design and Personal Information
Very disappointed with this company. They used my design and disclosed personal information in their marketing without my permission. Despite my requests, they have refused to remove content that reveals private details about my order, including my location and my designs. This is a violation of my personal and intellectual property rights. Would not recommend.

1. My Original Magnet Design and Illustration: This is my original magnet design and my personal illustration.
2. Disclosure of Personal Order Details: You revealed the following personal order details: the artwork, the product, its quantity and the location of the order. You had no right to do so.
3. Lack of Transparency in Terms & Conditions: You hide very important information about using private customer orders in your marketing under section 10-11 of your Terms & Conditions. This is unacceptable. This information should be immediately visible when placing an order.
4. Ignored Opt-Out Clause: IN YOUR SECTION 11 YOU HAVE AN OPTION THAT A PERSON CAN OPT OUT OF PRIVATE ORDER USED BY YOU IN YOUR MARKETING BY CONTACTING YOU, BUT YOU IGNORE IT. YOU DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT ALL MY REQUESTS.
5. Profit Over Privacy: YOU EARNED MUCH MORE BY POSTING MY ORDER IN YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA. This is the reason you continue to ignore my legitimate requests.

When you placed your order, you agreed to our terms of service, which state that customers must fully own the intellectual property rights to any submitted content. Upon your admission that the design was not entirely your own, it became clear that the content breached these terms, and as a result, we refunded your order in full.
Regarding our usage of such artwork in our marketing, we have since removed the content from all of our social accounts as per your request.
We take customer privacy very seriously and always handle it with care. I want to assure you that at no point were your personal details, such as your specific location or order information, shared in our marketing.
We regret any inconvenience caused, and we hope this clarifies the situation. Should you have any further questions, we would be happy to discuss them with you directly.
