Hi Richard this was an unfortunate outcome for which we apologies. The surfboard bag ordered was drop shipped direct from the supplier to yourself. We ensured that the correct address was provided to the supplier. The supplier has inputted the wrong address - most likely due to autofill or potentially just human error. We have drop shipped over 1000 bags in this manner and you have been the first to encounter this problem. Thank you for bringing this to our attention even though the bag eventually made to you as it has forced us to implement some checks in our systems to ensure this does not happen again. Again apologies and enjoy the bag.

my package havent gotten on time, I need to travel in less than 1 day and I bought it specially for it. Now I have to figure out a way to transport my board.

I totally understand your frustration and apologise it has not arrive as yet. As explained on the phone your delivery was dispatched the next day. As you chose regular post rather than express the estimated time for delivery is 3-5 business days. You are still within that time frame so there is every chance it will arrive in time. Australia Post is usually a very reliable freight carrier (the largest in Australia) but unfortunately this happens sometimes - we can not control Australia Post. If by chance the bag does not arrive as mentioned we will refund you and have advised there are plenty of surf stores in Byron Bay for which you can buy a board bag from. I realise this is not ideal and I will continue to monitor on our end and keep you updated.
