I’m extremely grateful to the Highams Park branch of Stow Brothers for their help in the sale of my property during what has been an unpredictable period for the housing market. A big thank you to the whole team for their patience and guidance.

The agency manager, Jon, offered his support throughout the ups and downs of the process, showing genuine warmth and empathy, and demonstrating strong negotiating skills when it came down to offers and the end of sale process.

I also want to give a special mention to Jessica, the agent who found and secured our buyers. Jessica has great interpersonal skills, and I witnessed firsthand the attentive, highly professional, and customer-centric way in which she handles viewings, taking time to build rapport with prospective buyers through her friendly, chatty manner.
