We had purchased two Audis last year. The first and our first ever Audi was a 2024 A1. Paid in full for it. Received a call stating it was here and ready for collection. Took the train in to Liverpool. Arrived and was asked to wait in the waiting area. After a while it was clear something was wrong. Eventually we were told it had it not actually arrived. Few days later we were assured it was in. Off we went and yes it was waiting. One problem only one key arrived and the wrong registration document. They managed to tax it so we could take it but having missed the end of month it meant we lost a month so we could take it away. Later we had to apply for a new registration document. We got home and the washer alarm was on. Tank empty. Filled it and it was empty next day. Took it back twice to get it sorted. First attempt filled the inside of the headlights with soapy washer fluid. We were told it was condensation. So must have been the carpark floor which received a good screen wash. Next the display would lose all presets over night. Kept trying but found it was a software issue. I got fed up of waiting for a reply to my emails Audi. It took two weeks to them to respond. Then I was told six weeks wait if i needed a loan car or I could wait there all day for earlier booking with no car in mid July. Six weeks for a known software fix. Staff comment. “You can still drive it” Thats not the point. The car does not do what it was designed to do.
Booked it in to a different dealer, better response so also took up the two year service deal on both vehicles. Much better caring customer service.

I have purchased 5 vehicles over the past 4 years across our household and family, and my last purchase will certainly be my last.
The customer service I have received since purchase has been extremely poor. I received a poor hand over of the vehicle meaning I had to call a recovery service for a non fault whereby the recovery service damaged the vehicle. Audi Stratstone promised a goodwill payment to get the car repaired, and 7 months on I’ve still been chasing the payment and the car remains unrepaired. We were even told two weeks ago the payment would be made, yet still not paid and my patience levels at this stage have clearly run out.
I’ve become thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of the car, the digital key has experienced several issues with the immobiliser kicking in mid journey, the Alexa functionality has never worked and the CarPlay is intermittent at best. I have become so dissatisfied I have enquiries about changing the car with Stratstone, but then never get a follow-up or a call back to explain whether a change is possible.
If I was buying a cheap or second hand car my expectation levels might not be so high, but for the level or car and money spent the service and quality is well below standard. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this dealership and likely I will not be returning to this brand either!

Left a google review a few weeks ago, wont bore you with the details, but the level of service was a joke. Got a nice polite public reply (generic) off Audi customer services, thanks for your review its very important we will investigate blah blah blah. They must be walking to Audi Liverpool from Germany, as I asked for a Manager to call me back a week Thursday and still waiting. Avoid.

Audi service center are robots not humans
They cannot think causing ownership so much inconvenient with their service schedules and work requirements hence the length of time takes to book an appointment

MOT was arranged for 23rd April,closest date they had when I contacted Audi in February,a courtesy car was also requested . When we arrived on said date,we were informed there was no courtesy car and that they had rang day before and left a voicemail.Audi did rung day before,actually at three minutes to six,3 minutes before they closed for the day,there was no voicemail.we asked what our options were they said take your car home and rebook,if we did that would there be a guarantee of a courtesy car ,no they said.Their manner considering our age(70s) and my limited mobility,which they knew about,was one of complete indifference.We asked to speak to a manager,she said there was nothing they could do,and we weren’t the first today,to be told there was nothing they could courtesy car,what a way to run a business.Anyhow we explained that our MOT was due 28th,of May,and it would be doubtful if an appointment could be arranged in time,why didn’t Audi offer to do that,seems as if they couldn’t be bothered,we persisted,said it was very unprofessional and uncaring to us their customers.Eventually they found a car for us and we returned in the afternoon to pick our car up.Customer Service zero,Communication zero,Customer Care zero.Audi Liverpool in our opinion has declined over the last 5 years,they are difficult to contact,when you ring you are connected to someone in different parts of the country,with your call being routinely dropped,they have stopped picking your carup from home,which was important to us given my limited mobility,they don’t even wash your car anymore,all in all a disappointing experience,and stress that neither my wife or I needed.
Over 2 months to get a reply,says it all.

Great experience bringing my car in for a service. All staff I spoke to were lovely, particularly Lou! Also got my car back sparkling which was a nice touch! Will be back for sure!
