Stratstone - BMW Derby Avis 

I was dealt with in a timely, professional manner. Without exception, all staff were polite and made me feel welcome. This is was customer service used to feel like in the 'good old days', but which is quite a rare experience in the modern world - well done to Stratstone! The work on my car was carried out promptly and to my satisfaction.

I had to take my car in for a recall repair and the staff were very friendly. Let me drop the car off the night before. Jasmine was very nice to deal with and updated me throughout the day. I then went to collect in the evening after the work was done. Met Jasmine and was looked after, the car was also cleaned inside and out for me. Will rely on Derby BMW again!

Younus Sohail was a very helpful man. He understood my needs, advised accordingly and right up to the handover things went smooth.

Although only visited dealership for a safety recall all the service and reception staff were professional and friendly throughout. Thanks.

They had my car all day for an MOT, They called 16:58 to inform it had failed (thanks for notice I was on my way to pick it up)
They didn't do the system update either
I returned a week later for re test and update

Nope they haven't done it again

I've re booked online for end OCT with a courtesy car only to receive a call telling me they have no cars to loan out

Terrible after sales service, the worst I have ever had. Such a shame. Nearly 8 weeks to fix 3 minor problems.

Shocking service. Serious lack of communication between staff . Don't expect anyone to call or message you back even though they'll say they will. The most difficult process of buying a used car in my 30 plus years of buying cars. After an hour driving to collect the car I get a phone call telling me there's no one to take my payment for the car. Only to find out later that there is never anyone to take payment on a Saturday. Had the car delivered without the spare key. No problem they said we'll order a new one. A few weeks pass and find out they can't order it has to be the owner. A few weeks later they agree to send me the money so I can purchase one myself. 3 months in total I've waited for the money and they've sent me £200 when the cost from BMW is £326. I could make a long list of other complaints but have wasted enough time with Stratstone. Steer clear of Stratstone BMW Derby if you want a stress free smooth used car purchase.
