From booking an MOT to collecting my car, the process was simple and efficient. The staff were charming, efficient and helpful. I was kept informed of any necessary replacement parts (windscreen wipers) and received clear advise regarding the amount of tread on my tyres. Overall an excellent service.

Excellent overall experience
The check in desk was opened and staffed when I arrived. I was dealt with by Chloe Leverett who was professional, friendly and very efficient. I was quickly informed of remedial work and was given clear information regarding costs. All work was completed ahead of schedule and the car was valeted free of charge

Rui Carvalho-Pereira - Service Manager - is absolutely amazing. He lives and breathes customer service and satisfaction, which is an a credit to Stratstone MINI Hull. If it wasn't for him, there would not be a 5-star rating!
The replacement of my rear wiper was unfortunately missed and the courtesy wash and vac was not the best.
A quick call to Rui, resulted in him very kindly arranging a home collection / delivery to complete this work. This thoughtfulness ensures I am not further inconvenienced with a return visit. Stratstones' are, unfortunately, situated on the east-side of the city and consequently not as accessible when travelling in from the west.
