Appalling
Appalling. They had my car, parked it illegally, did not tell me, did not pay the ticket, did not answer calls or emails when informed I had legal action threatened for an unknown unpaid fine.
I wasted hours and hours trying to sort this out.
Shocking and negligent,
Over three years their aftercare has been below par but this reached the lowest levels of service. Do not go any where near.
PS the reply below is the only reply I have ever had and so make your own mind up whether it carries much weight or hope of resolution .

Poor Service
Called and asked for cost of part and labour. Promised a call back, did not hear a thing.
Followed up with an email 2 weeks later.
Further 2 weeks and still nothing. So, called them again and no answer. Not sure if they are in business.
I really miss Rockar Service Centre in Stratford.

The Landrover team do a great job
The Landrover team (i.e. Oz and Mo) do a really great job. I really recommend this service centre for your car in London.
Not only was my defender fixed but it left perfectly clean inside and out, ready to be covered in mud on the w/e!
