Jake was really helpful and made the buying process really easy and painless. Buying virtually is a great way to do it if you know what you want as it is much quicker and more focused.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Ashley was very professional, accommodating and helpful when I first test drove a mini and picked the car I would purchase. Beth was lovely when I chose and collected the car. Staci was great when I talked to her over the phone and very helpful with sorting out the service plan. Wonderful team. Bought a new JCW at Stratstone Mini. Loved the entire experience. Pick up day was quite magical! Courtney, the Sales Exec who dealt with my order from the beginning, treated me with respect throughout. She made contact with me regularly; displaying knowledge, skill and understanding from the moment of order to the point of delivery, which by the way, and as I alluded to earlier, was a magical experience. Car went in for complimentary health check which is a good thing in itself but also had diagnostic on aircon, expected to be told I needed expensive parts as the car is quite old but no nasty surprises

This is our second Mini from Doncaster Mini Stratstone. We were taken care of by the lovely sales specialist Beth on both occasions.
