I’ve been buying minis for over 7 years now and this time around was just as good an experience as on previous occasions. On day one I dealt with Ed when going in for a quote and he made that very straight forward and easy, no messing or attempts at wheeler dealing (which puts me off going shopping for a car). He was thorough in going over all the details of the car and the figures and, from order date to delivery day he kept in touch about progress. Lewis then helped me with finalising some documentation when Ed was busy and he was a pleasure to deal with, very down to earth, professional, courteous, thorough, and nothing was too much trouble. It was the same when I went back to collect my new car, Lewis was there and helping Jordan to tie up all the paperwork and that was all very easy. Jordan took a lot of time out to help me with all of the features on the new car, all of my questions and she was very friendly and put me at ease. The whole experience was stress free and relaxed. I find the whole team at Stratstone Mini very approachable and welcoming and patient. Thank you Mini!!

Jordan, and my contact with Mini, was excellent from start to finish. I'd never met Jordan or visited the branch before ordering my new Mini, which was a big step for me. Jordan helped me to get my dream car within my budget and she put me at ease throughout the process. She was always lovely, helpful and friendly. She'd be in regular email contact to update on progress. I came on Wednesday to collect my car, the whole process took less than one hour and was very efficient. My Mini was in the display room prepped and ready to go. I have the new Mini Convertible in Zesty Yellow and I'm blown away by how beautiful this car is.
