Jon from Sales was excellent - going above and beyond. The prep team did an OK job on but it was far from perfect - considering it was a brand new car. Yes, everything will be put right - but it would have been better if it was right from the get go!

In specific Dan an obviously senior service advisor, constant interaction and update as I was waiting for five hours. This was not due to lack of care or attention. This was due to the work required thanks to Dan. I was told of exactly what was needed. Please make sure the dealer principal is advised of this.
