Disappointing Customer Service and Communication
I purchased an iron that arrived damaged, and I contacted Julia Support immediately. It took a lot of back-and-forth to get them to acknowledge that the unit was damaged in transit. Initially, they seemed to suggest I was at fault and even told me the damaged iron was still functional and wouldn’t be exchanged. After numerous emails, they finally agreed to an exchange, send a return label, and ship me a new unit.
I promptly returned the damaged product, but after all the effort and time, they then changed their mind and refused to send a replacement. The process was frustrating, with inconsistent communication and broken promises. Overall, I am very disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability.
