Given the current situation I was impressed by the service offered to me for my kitchen extension. The engineer attended wearing a face mask and gloves and made sure to enforce the required social distancing.
His work was carried out to an appropriate standard and he gave me a worthwhile de-brief after he had finished. He also changed the specification when requested to to make the support piers less intrusive.

As a professional in this industry involved in more than 300 conversion projects myself, I can see the effort and hard work this team is putting to make customers happy. I will continue to use them for second time on my next project.

Our concrete slab required assessment to see if it can take additional loads from change of use of building to office space. The report and assessment came through with convincing capacity checks and detailed how much load capacity the existing slab has. Grand!

My builder required advice prior to knocking down structural walls on how to do temporary propping to our building in the safest way possible to avoid damage. From layman perspective this is a very sensitive area of work and Structures Made Easy provided clear design and assurance on how to do the temporary work support method. The structural works are now finished and my building did not suffer any crack or damage whatsoever so I am much more relaxed and eager to finish the rest of my project with clean touch.

Saad from SME carried out some initial work for me for my extension project in 2015. I finally received my completion certificate today . Had to call on Saad last week to qualify some calculation as requested and challenged by building control. He did so with no fuss and, what is more, was able to stand his ground and deflect the challenge. It's what you want in your structural surveyor.

Based on recommendation I received from my architect to use their services to do the steel calculations for RSJs and foundations, I had chosen to work with them. They liaised with my architect on design issues and updated design accordingly to meet my architect requirements. Very happy with the service.
