Booked this company 10 months prior for kids leaving primary school. 4 days before the date they phoned to say the bus was broken and they couldn't do it. All I thought was the kids will be gutted. In the end another company squeezed us in thankfully. I would not recommend this company

Our party bus had been booked since Jan this year and several calls to our party organiser reassured us that all was sorted and there was nothing to worry about. On the day 14 of us were in fancy dress awaiting our party bus to Blackpool...which never turned up. At first is was running late, then it had a mechanical problem when it stopped for fuel and then is was cancelled altogether with no offer of an alternative. We wish we had looked at reviews for this company before booking (both here and on Facebook, very eye opening). We had to try and get an alternative method of transport at the very last minute to take us all. It was not the best start to our celebration to say the least. Knowing what we know now we would never use this company ever again and I would urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere too. We even questioned whether they even have any of the cars/buses at all. Terrible company, dreadful service!

We booked a limo with this company on JAN 17TH for last Sat 8th Sep 10.30am pick up. At 10am I received a phone call from them to say the driver would be late as he had to stop for petrol around 45mins later we got another phone call to say there was something wrong with the door on the limo and they were sending an engineer to try to sort it out, then we got a call to say that it couldn't be repaired and they had no standby vehicle to send us so they cancelled on us.That left us with 12 friends and ourselves stranded in Manchester expecting to be well on our way to Blackpool, although I have to say that the lady I had been speaking to (Janet) was sympathetic on the day that didn't solve our problem. How can a company not have a standby vehicle for when things go wrong? I asked about the other vehicles they have advertised only to be told they don't have them anymore, so why not take them off the their website! We sorted transport out in the end ourselves but it did spoil the day somewhat for us.I would never recommend this company to anybody and would suggest that Janet goes to work for somebody who cares because this company do not.

Shocking service, rude driver, unhelpful customer service team.

Limo turned up late with no petrol.

Limo broke down and we had to sit in the hard shoulder of the motorway for almost 2 hours until 3am as the company has no contingency plan.

Not what you expect when you pay hundreds of pounds for alimo service... not even an apology never mind a refund!

Unprofessional and rude and ruined our night!

I hired a luxury limousine from this company to take us to an awards do. I ordered it really early to pick us up as I knew there would be lots of traffic along the way if we were to leave later and get caught up in the rush hour. The driver turned up late, then said he needed to get petrol before we started our journey, he was taking his time getting himself a coffee while we were getting later and later. When we finally set off we hit the rush hour traffic, he was very rude to us, he certainly didn't provide a professional service, very abrupt as if he didn't care less about the service he provided. We arrived late at the awards nearly an hour late because we got stuck in the traffic because he was late, no apology from him, he picked us up on the way home and at one point thought he was going to ask us to get out of the limo once he had had our money the tone that he had with us very abrupt and a bit dodgy. On the way back the limo broke down on the motorway, we were left sat for nearly 2 hours at the side of the motorway as they have no back up for when one of their limos break down, no taxi would pick us up at the side of the motorway and they didn't have break down recovery, the driver was rude and unapologetic. We finally got picked up from a friend of theirs at silly o'clock in the morning and never heard from them since, no apology or refund, totally appalling service, far from luxury, very very disappointed as it totally ruined the night.
