I was recently scammed by Noah Cohen…

I was recently scammed by Noah Cohen with Prompt funding solutions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS!!! I did my part with option B and they never funded the second loan as agreed upon. The screwed me out of 17K plus. I am coming after these people with my team of attorneys etc. etc. Noah Cohen is now a personal enemy! He stopped answering emails as soon as they received my money to move to the next phase. What a bunch of scum bags.

Scam company

Scam company! Dont accept any offer without getting paid first. They told me i got approved for 2 cash advance. One small and one big one. After they get you the small cash advance, they aggressively try and get you to pay their hefty fee before the big cash advance. Thats the catch! They say there’s a waiting period before the big advance and thats were the manipulation comes in! Dont trust this company! Sad part is trust pilot is always trying to take my review down because they keep flagging it even after providing them with a police report and email proof of this specific scam! Be careful out there! These scammers are becoming very clever and deceiving.

It is a sophisticated scam

It is a sophisticated scam. They would tell me something about the wonderful loan here. At first, everything looked normal, but there is another condition: first, you must agree to some ridiculous daily cash advance loan payments that you will never be able to afford. They say it is just for the meantime, as they said that you would get a better deal, but in reality, that is the bait to bring you into it. How foolish I was to pay upfront-they charged a service fee of $4,500. It should have raised at least a little red flag in my mind.

They go away once they have your cash. I will share this to prevent other people from falling victim to their tricks.

Kind of scamming

I do not recommend Suddenfunds. While they are quick, the costs associated with borrowing are excessively high. The repayment terms are inflexible, and I often felt undervalued, as they did not take the time to understand my circumstances. I suggest exploring alternative options that offer more favorable terms and greater flexibility.

The 'Blended Offer' Scam

In late August of this year, my company was contacted by Sudden Funds. I was liaising with a broker from Sudden Funds and following the exchange of supportive docs, I was offered a 'BLENDED' loan which consisted of two parts. Part 1 was a massively expensive Merchant Cash Advance and if I made 40 daily repayments a second part consisting of a highly attractive term loan would be released.

How stupid of me to fall for this. Literally sick to my stomach.

Needless to say, part 2 was non existent. My company, which is a simple personal training studio, was railroaded into a repayment of $595 per day - enough to shut us down and knock us out of business.

The rep, who I am unable to name because of review guidelines, disappeared . Sudden Funds have been non responsive to attempts to call their main number which is listed nowhere.

I have just contacted our legal reps, better business bureau and will continue to contact their state licensing board once I receive direction from our legal team.

But beware, this company is a scam. The representative is nowhere to be found.

As has been the experience of some others here on trustpilot, I too was issued with a LETTER OF GUARANTEE from an 'associate company' ANYDAY FUNDING . This is an elaborate hoax and this company needs to take ownership for these scam deals - I will do everything legally possible to ensure this doesn't happen to another company - they need to be suspended ASAP - Stay clear at all costs.

Update 11/1/24 - Sudden have contacted me 3 times now and have attempted tactics to get me to remove this review.

They mention nothing of the actual scam itself but rather how my initial review named the employees involved which goes against Trust Pilot guidelines and therefore should be removed .

I still await any response from them relating to this experience, absolute parasites .

Straight Scam!!!!!

Straight Scam! They will claim that they have secured funding for you with another company, in this case, it was AnyDayFunding, which is another fictitious company. But there's a caveat. The funding that you want with good terms, for example in my case, 190K payback 3000/month over 72 months is only possible if you take on a Merchant Cash Advance with ridiculous terms. They say it's cause they don't want you to take the money and run off on them, so they want to see a successful repayment of 40 daily payments over 40 business days. Don't be fooled this is just their way of taking your money and have you sit around for a few months waiting, while they pack their bags up and run. They will send you a fictitious Letter of Guarantee from AnyDayFunding stating that it's a blended rate bridge loan, whatever the hell that means. So you have to take the first offer, the MCA with ridiculous term to get the better offer. But before you can receive the letter of Guarantee, you have to pay an upfront fee of 4000 for their services. Should've known it was a scam when they asked for it. Usually all fees will be taken out of the loan, you never pay upfront. I was wary, but the 190k promise was too alluring. They got me good. I'm writing this in hope that no one else falls for their crap.
They tried to take down my review and say it's not them. But trust me there is only one SuddenFunds.com. Don't get fooled. Do your due diligence.
