I am writing as a regular customer of Sugardolls Wilton and was very disappointed with my recent experiences.
After a routine BIAB refill, one nail fell off, which has never happened to me before. When I returned, it was repaired, but shortly after another nail began lifting. During a follow-up appointment, a nail came off while being filed, and when I requested a builder gel extension, I was informed the staff member was not trained and the manager, Laura, was called over.
I found the manager’s response unprofessional, as she raised her voice and spoke to me in a manner that I found upsetting. On a later visit, I also overheard a comment referring to me as “complaining again,” which I felt was inappropriate and disrespectful.
While I have previously been happy with the service, this experience has left me disappointed, and I will not be returning.

Gel refills which I paid €70 for and chipped after 5 days, is not a great start.

However, my overall experience during the process wasn’t very pleasant. Didn’t feel very welcome, when I arrived. Then when filing my nails the nail file was rubbed along my skin multiple times along my nails, and quite roughly too, and after visible sign of discomfort, no effort was given to stop this. This caused 2 of my fingers to bleed which was not nice at all, and left my fingers very sensitive for days after.

Also, a top coat was put on under my nail, which I found very odd. Then after 48 hours they started chipping and peeling, which has left an unpleasant look on the nails as they look chipped.

Overall, will not be returning, which is a shame, as wanted to enjoy the experience. I usually don’t write something like this, and I don’t do it lightly.

Not a very nice experience here .. very rude staff. Elana in blanchardstown was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable when she spoke in a forgein language to the girl beside her. Blatantly spoke about me to her colleague, i really couldn't wait to get out of the place.

I had a BIAB refill done on the Wilton branch earlier this month- one nail chipped and one fell off the following day- I returned a week later to have this repaired (we were away on holidays). The girl at reception was adamant they would not repair for free and I had to speak to manager to get this rectified. They credited my account for a new full set of BIAB. Due to the Christmas rush the next available appointment was in January. However another nail fell off a week later. I went to the branch to have it repaired on January 19th to be told they couldn’t fit me before Xmas (for one nail…) and I would have to come back after Xmas. After a heated conversation I ended up paying to have my nails redone in Regina nails and they have not budged since, far superior- I won’t be returning to sugardolls

Jade in the Oliver Plunkett Sugar Dolls Salon is absolutely unreal, cannot recommend highly enough! So professional, genuine and caring individual, goes above and beyond the average salon personnel. Great atmosphere too, so welcoming and inviting! Can’t wait to go back !

Victoria was constantly speaking in her own language with a friend which I found incredibly rude

Had a spa pedicure today, which I have had numerous times there and was very happy with. Today however was a disgrace, €55 for a quick soak, barely brushed with the file on heals etc, no massage just some cream rubbed in for 10 seconds.. I was rushed out of the chair and had to point out my nails weren't dry.. 30 mins in total instead of the usual 60min treatment.. heals still dry .. I know they are busy but don't take the appointment if you don't have the time to provide the service yiu are charging for !!

all the girls are lovely. Very friendly and professional. Would 100% recommend going to any Sugardolls branch. They offer a wide range of services & are always happy to help.
