Our Isle of Man holiday with aeunrise Direct"
we had a lovely holiday to "The Isle of Man"end of September for 7 days....never been there before but we will deffo ho back sometime with "Sunrise coach Holiday's" a very gd itinerary and a very friendly driver....gd value as well all sunrise holidays are gd value for money we stated in 3 different hotels 1 overnight hotel on the way at Heysham nr Mirecombe..a lovely hotel along the Prom in Douglas Isle of Man for 4 nights then another Hotel The Everglades in Widness overnight before travelling home on 7th day wi thank u SunrisecDirect!😃

A memorable Scottish holiday.
It was a wonderful trip. From my point of view, was only 20 other passengers, the weather was sunny, the accommodation adequate, the food palatable, the itinerary was well planned and the coach driver was unbelievably helpful. One of the best holidays i have enjoyed in a long time.

We had a fantastic holiday to Scotland great scenery, a lovely train journey, Strathpeffer was a loverly base the hotel and food was great, what really made the holiday was ade our driver was superb.

After having first booking cancelled…
After having first booking cancelled ,then chose Grand Hotel Llandudno , very far from Grand ! First evening going to dinner virtually all food had gone ! So went earlier next evening , veg cooked to death and meat dried up , gateaux every evening for dessert and the last evening the gammon so dry it cut my gum , staff in the restaurant worked hard and were very pleasant when clearing tables , but cannot say the same for bar staff , could hardly be bothered to serve ! And the hotel must have found the cheapest supplier of spirits and wine , and one evening had run out of wine !
The bedroom was basic , and on the surface looked clean until you looked a little deeper , nowhere to dry towels as radiators cold , supposed to have safety lock to prevent opening door to balcony , but this was broken ! But thankfully the good trips out and our excellent driver Dave made our trip , you certainly need to review using that hotel , hopefully our next trip will have a decent hotel

Excellent trip to Somerset
Our pick up locally was on time and easy transfer to Cambridge, no worries on our luggage being transferred to our onward holiday coach, a beautiful place where we stopped on way to western supermare

…excellent trip
Really enjoyed this trip to Eastbourne the coach driver was very friendly and helpful. Well organised trips to suit all. The hotel was really good well equipped rooms with a shower room, kept very clean could not fault it. The food was also a real treat great selection at breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble you just had to ask ! There was even entertainment on two evenings. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and trip.

A good coach company
We found the long journey hard, as I suffer with travel sickness and my knee and hip do bother me, but the drivers were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel was brilliant and we certainly enjoyed everything there, plus the day out

Yorkshire Trip
I recently went on the Yorkshire Singles Holiday with my sister in law. We stayed in Bradford at the Great Victoria Hotel. The hotel was really good, food very nice, lovely rooms etc. Only slight downside was no entertainment on offer in the evenings. The trips out were to the Yorkshire Dales, York and Harrogate, all of which were very good. Our coach driver Ady was excellent. Always good humoured and very helpful with everything. Another downside is the amount of travelling to get to the Cambridge Services from the pick up point. I had to go from Peterborough to March, then to Huntingdon, then to Cambridge Services. Then on the way on the main coach, our driver stopped for 2 hours at Stamford, which is only half an hour from where I live. In fact one man did actually live there, and had travelled around with me all morning to end up back there! I realise it can't be helped though, and all in all I had a very enjoyable time. This particular hotel does not offer entertainment and we don't advertise there being any. If this is an important part of your holiday, we would urge you to carefully check our brochure or website before booking, as we do have many tours that feature evening entertainment.
We were very sorry to learn of your frustrations with the coach travel and we have passed your comments to our transport department. We are continually looking to improve our pick-up routes and journey times and this feedback is extremely helpful.

Great way to make new friends
Can't fault this holiday. The hotel was beautiful, with friendly, helpful staff. The food was good and plentiful. A bit longer in some of the places we stopped at might have been nice but that is the nature of a coach holiday. The best bit was the new friends I've made.

Hotel 7 days
The transfer was again very good our driver Kyle was brilliant every day on the first day out someone had a dreadful accident on the coach managed everything extremely well.food and staff excellent however my room could have had a bit more tlc.torn curtains,no chest of drawers, wardrobe was full of bedding although someone did come and move stuff of the floor of wardrobe,however a very comfy bed.

Good / medium in Belfast
Coach travel and ferry crossing very good. The trips were organised well and very interesting. Kyle the coach driver was very good. We consider that an overnight bag would have been better for the overnight stops. The Ramada hotel was more like a one night stop over not a holiday hotel.
Food was fair but the menu choice could have been better. The hotel was very noisy.
