Suntrek Solar Avis 

Working with Suntrek Solar employees to fix/replace a previous system (21 years old system) was super easy. Each individual in the process were knowledgeable, efficient, easy to work with, polite and always seemed to mostly care about the customer needs. Didn't matter to whom the customer were talking to, each Suntrek employee treated the customer and project 1st. Nice to do business with such a competent and professional group of folks. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

Sales process with Ethan was great- he's very informative, responsive and helpful.

Old panels were removed but during the interim period before new panels were installed, turning on the spa heater resulted in water spraying from the capped pipes. Ethan was very responsive in helping to try and resolve but ultimately it required my pool tech to resolve the situation. This could have and should have been avoided though.

Final installation was scheduled for Aug 2 with request to slot me in earlier if someone else cancelled. Actual installation was done on July 20 which was great and appreciated, but no one bothered to notify me, but rather the Suntrek team just showed up that morning unannounced. Communication can be better.

With that said, the performance of the panels thus far is fantastic. I owned my first set of Suntrek panels since 2006 and they were great, and I'm hopeful for another 15+ years with the new ones. I've always been very happy with the panels themselves. I appreciate Suntrek: great company and great products.

Ok, so after having the system on my pool for over a year now, I decided to come back and give a product review, as an update to my original review (below), which was primarily about the install. I upgraded my review from 3 to 5 stars, because the product is amazing! If you’re like me and you recently dropped an insane amount of money on a pool, and you’re a little disappointed that the pool is a bit too cold for just relaxing, outside of June-Sept. Then I can tell you, this is your answer! We are swimming from March to November, comfortably. On sunny days, our pool easily heats into the low to mid 80’s, that is like a heated hotel pool! Last I will say is the system runs itself, and integrates into our pool system balancing on and off with the pool temp settings. If you want to take your pool to the next level, then this is a great investment that I would absolutely recommend.

(Original) I found the work to be sloppy. The mixed use of white and black pipes which were spray painted for a less dramatic mismatched look. Inaccurate measuring which caused the plans to change drastically on day of install. The scratches on my stucco from not being careful with placing and securing the ladders. And the painting on the pipes to match the house has steaks and missed spots which we will have to finish ourselves. I only hope that their product proves to be of better quality, only time will tell on that front.

The install team showed up on time and completed the job on-time. It was 115 (I'm sure much hotter on my roof) and they still managed to get the job done. Hats off to a very dedicated team.

From sales to installation, everything went great. System works good and SunTrek tied the solar heat system to our remote system AquaLink. They complied to our HOA standards and did a great job.

Extremely happy with the Addition of the solar heater to our pool. It’s easy to use and does the job perfectly. The installers were nice and clean and fast.

This company worked with last minute changed and completed the job cleanly and without a hitch. Cost 2k below one estimate and 1k below another.

Suntrek crew came when scheduled. Installed all new materials as agreed. The system worked as it should when completed. I would recommend to use Suntrek Solar.

This is a review for their pool thermal purchase and install. Pricing was very competitive. I liked that Tabby actually visited the location before quoting and answered all of my questions. No pressure and easy process. There were a couple of minor issues, but Suntrek took care of them in a timely manner.
To me minor issues don't matter much as long as the company takes care of them and in this case they did. Tabby also made sure all of my, post install, questions were answered, which I really appreciate.
Overall, great experience and if you are looking for pool thermal, I'd definitely give Suntrek a shot.

showed up the scheduled day , knew what they were doing , finished in a day , cleaned up. could have not asked for more A+. I'm a repeat customer used them 20 years ago .

From the estimate to the paid in full receipt, Suntrek was great! Everyone that was a part of my experience with Suntrek replacing our solar was a professional in every way imaginable.

They were efficient and considerate throughout the daylong process - leaving absolutely NO garbage or mess behind and everything completed in less than 8 hours.
