Currently in Wolverhampton one and I can say won't be coming back woth the price of food half cup off for £4 18 chips for 3.80 with cheese £4 pounds pizza is thiner than paper for £14.99 this a joke for the food

We have been a couple of times to play darts. The system is good, but the darts were dreadful, and we wasted our playing time getting them replaced. The drinks are so overpriced it is a joke. £6.50 for a large soft drink!!! They don't display the prices of the food or the drinks because they know it is a rip-off!!!! We wouldn't recommend going to others and won't be going back.

Bowling was a fab deal £2 children and £4 adult between 9-11am then we went into the soft play £7 child and £1 adult. Purchased a small bag of wotsits 22.5g and was charged £1.60 what an absolute scandalous rip off there’s just no need for them ridiculous prices

Went to the sonic easter extravaganza was brilliant well organised staff was brilliant the grandkids loved it Jamie the manager did brilliant every one had a brilliant time great atmosphere for the kids brilliant

Weird short man in a puffer jacket followed us around the Stafford venue the entire time we were in there. We were the only people bowling at one point and he stood behind us the whole time. Same thing when we started playing pool. He had a walkie talkie and was speaking to staff so he must work there. Absolutely no idea what his problem was. Not surprised the place is dead if this is what people are contending with when they go in.

Had my daughters party here the lazer tag games were rushed food wasnt nice and no one made sure we was ok they brought food on a trolley didnt say a word to us just left it there had a better experience at the newport one

Went for a date night on Saturday night at the St Helens branch. The deal we got was fantastic, £2 each for a game of bowling. The staff were amazing, especially Jack, he couldn't be more helpful and really friendly 😊

Half term trip to Aldershot superbowl after reading website about walk in bowling offer. Drove fair distance only to be told walk in offer is only for one lane and there were people already waiting so we would have to wait until after 11am and pay full price , even though there were empty lanes. This is force advertising, feel totally conned and to make matters worse the staff members trying to explain this were embarrassing and uncomfortable not once was there an apology, totally shocking service!

The discrimination our autistic son received from the manager at Aldershot over a pair of socks was sickening. At least the staff nearby were supportive before the manager just walked away.

All just a bit tacky and chavtastic and sinister in a way. Certainly NOT somewhere I would come back to. Food dreadful, drink slow and incompetent and everything just run down. Sadly this place is worth avoiding.

OH no,there isn't a zero star. Terrible place at Widnes Cheshire branch.our third visit and the last,the first two visits were fairly ok.the third visit on a Sunday night (8th December).was TERRIBLE.no lightweight bowling balls available,long wait to be served upon arrival,and dealt with by the cook/manager who disappeared in there kitchen never to be seen again.and when we complained,we got a stroppy girl,who told us to take it or leave it. We won't be back again. Superbowl Widnes Cheshire,try and sort it for other guests.AND WORSE,the awful loud music,if I want a nightclub I'll go to one,not at superbowl,had to shout to family members to speak to them.

I visited the newly opened Aldershot Super Bowl with 9 other OAP’s.
I have to say the service was great. The staff were all lovely and we have booked to go again next week hopefully the experience will be as good.👍

I’ve visited the Norwich venue a few times predominantly the soft play area, initially it was great however today it’s really starting to show its age and lack of care. It is dirty and the soft play equipment has become damaged with no repair or care for safety. There are holes in the netting, the floor tiles are shifting leaving gaps big enough for kids feet to get stuck in, there is dirt and food everywhere in the soft play areas.

I've Given 3 stars as the venue is in a Great location, is very noisy but has everything you would expect from a Super Bowl venue.
But how on earth can you justify £14 for one child per game??
That's £70 for 5 children to have fun on a Saturday afternoon, not happening at that extortionate price!!

On the 3rd of April, 2024, I made a reservation for a party at 10:00 AM on 11/05/2024, St Helens, for which I paid £230.00 online. Despite presenting my confirmation details and QR code upon arrival, I was informed that there was no record of my booking in the system.

Manager Chico spent an unreasonable amount of time verifying my proof of booking and payment, delaying the setup of the party. This took me and my partner away from the party for an hour.

Despite assuring me that everything would be sorted, the situation deteriorated when I was told that the party had been cancelled due to non-payment. I once again showed my proof of payment, yet the promised food for the party was withheld due to alleged non-payment, leaving me and my guests, including children, without the meal we were promised.

I was told I needed to pay an additional £230.00 1 hour into the party in order for them to serve the children food and then to contact the bank for a refund a few days later, which I obviously couldn't do.

The party abruptly ended, which was embarrassing for everybody involved.

Since then I have made a formal complaint with the site, however I am receiving little to no response, I am still chasing for even something a small as an apology nearly 2 months on! The lack of communication and organisation from Superbowl UK St Helens staff is simply unacceptable.

I want to make sure this never happens to anybody else!

Please rethink booking a party here, because honestly, the 'missing' funds' and the lack of communication/empathy from the staff caused my child's 4th birthday party to be totally ruined.

Do not go to this place the staff are disgusting
I paid over £350 to them for a children’s party,when I arrived they did not acknowledge I was stood at the desk for over 10 minutes. Children and parents started arriving and they had no idea where they were going.

To then be given a piece of paper to write all the children’s names down and ask what food they wanted when this could of been communicated before the party so we started bowling 30 minutes after the party had started.

The food served 1.30 mins in the party and I had to run round and serve all the children drinks and sort out the food for the children which was cold and I cooked and uneatable. The party room was disgusting and smelt like mould.

I have then asked for a knife to cut the cake and no one would give me a butter knife to cut the cake starting they could not provide me with a knife the have them taken the cake and cut it up which was returned to me looking like it had been hit with a sledge hammer

I have asked to speak to the manager who has come down rolling his eyes and hands in his pocket with a don’t give a care in the world attitude who appeared to be no older than the age of 20 so I’m unsure how he is the manager of such an establishment. He told me he wasn’t giving me a refund and he would have a word with the staff. I never asked for a refund and a basic sorry would have been nice for ruining my two little girls birthdays. I did not once ask for a refund. This ‘manager’ was called Josh. He does not deserve the title manager.

He then shrugged his shoulder and walked off away from me and then when i asked to speak to him again due to being highly unsatisfied his attitude was disgusting once again.

The security guard who again followed me and my family out of the building and might I add I was with my two little girls my parents and my sister and causing no trouble then shouted at me to F off and squared up at my dad who has challenged this male. His name was what I believed to be Ellis who should not be working in a place with children using language like that around them. Ellis should not be allowed a job and around children and should be reprimanded by the company for displaying such behaviour whilst on duty for displaying such poor behaviour whilst on company time

This professionalism of the staff is horrendous and they need to employ staff who are actually experienced in customer service.

I had 24 parents with 24 children at the birthday party who all said it was disgusting and would not be returning and would advise their friends to avoid this place.

I advise you to do the same.

Visited the one in Woking! Had a wonderful time bowling and the customer service was great shout out to Archie! The prices were relatively good so definitely recommend it!

Visit to Hull Princess Quay. No wonder this place has poor reviews. Food menu says rollover hotdog (it’s NOT). The food menu has no prices - the prices are on a separate board at end of bar. Do you honestly think that is good business as people know why your separating the prices and word gets round hull anyway. Then the food ain’t great anyway. Then there is not enough staff helping with bowling problems. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Very expensive.

Awful birthday party experience in Ipswich. Understaffed and staff/manager useless. Do not recommend at all!
