Not Refunding
I have ordered a jacket which was delivered two weeks later on 07/01/2026. Fitting was not that great so I wanted to return and went to store on lakeside on 10/01/2026 to return but find out store is permanently closed. Then I tried to to return online on 12/01/2026 and then they said you can not return the jacket as the last return date was 11/01/2026. They only gave 4 days return window.

Although I picked the wrong size coat
Although I picked the wrong size coat, it was a quick delivery & packaged well. I returned it with no hassle & was a little disappointed they didn’t have my size as I loved the coat. Would highly recommend Superdry for good quality & warmth 😊

your assistant wasn't exactly full of the joys of spring which is unusual in superdry, almost as if it was too much bother, when I am purchasing £129 worth of jacket I really do expect something a bit more than that sort of attitude

They knew their stock and were able to assist me quickly and professionally.
