Great size store with a huge variety to chose from , staff were friendly happy and polite.

Lovely, laid back staff - attentive if you need, hands off when you don’t. Prepare to feel disoriented though, as you descend into the maelstrom via a short flight of stairs - bangin’ tunes, curious lighting, stock packed in, piled high. An interesting experience.

I ordered an item and got it delivered to store. Although I returned the item I was particularly impressed with the customer service. The shop attendant was really friendly and helpful and the return was processed immediately and money returned in a few days.

Sizing is really off and inaccurate, such a shame considering they look perfect on the advert however the band tightness is too small and the length of fabric is not the same as images show on website

Excellent member of staff in the Bristol Cabot’s store. We had decided not to get some jeans as the sizes were too big in store. The cashier suggested we had a look online using their iPad and then helped us order them and gave us sizing information. They went above and beyond. Really great service.

Love the size of the bag and all the various compartments meaning things can be keep safe in your bag. The straps are wide and the back has a cushion feel so it’s comfortable on the back. Now the botanical look is spot on. Very happy even my son wants one the same and kids don’t usually like what they’re parents like because let’s face it we’re not cool too teens. The staff was lovely in the cabot store and quick. I did click and collect.

My refund experience due to trouser material damage was smooth and straight forward. The sales assistant was very helpful, polite & friendly.

Bought loads in Superdry this season the winter selection for jumpers was fabulous. Also bought silk pyjamas and dressing gown which are beautiful so much so I bought other sets in sale for my Daughters. Customer service in Bristol Cabot Circus excellent also deserves 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
