Selected an item off clearance.most had…
Selected an item off clearance.most had red stickers to denote clearance. This one didn't. Assistant said that's the clearance price. Obviously not. But I wanted it and paid. Everyone loves a bargain.

Outlet store at Cheshire Oaks - lots of stock, huge choice of items and price.
Very helpful, patient and pleasant staff member on the till /counter.
Lack of staff visible on the shop floor, that's not necessarily a negative point just an observation, if we'd needed help we could ask at the counter. Given the vast amount of clothing and how neatly it's displayed, there's definitely a load of people behind the scenes.

Great experience
Need to try something on and the changing rooms were easy to find plus shop floor was tidy and bright clean and everything folded pristine lady in changing rooms was polite and asked if was everything was ok good staff at the till and the service was very nice

Don’t expect a warm welcome first thing in the morning!
The male store assistant helped me but didn’t seem ‘with it’ and said he needed to have a break and a coffee!….it was about 9.30am. The female store assistant didn’t return my smile when I initially walked in. I first thought she must be a customer, but realised during my visit, she was actually an employee. I walked in and immediately smiled at her and got nothing in return. She merely walked past me and blanked me!
