No quibble replacement
I bought my son a jacket and within a couple of weeks, the zip mechanism had broken. I took it back to the store expecting it to be sent away for repair but they immediately replaced the jacket without any fuss. Really pleased with the professionalism of the staff and also the store/brand policy to replaced a product that a customer has returned. Very happy customer.

Fort Super Dry, always a great experience
My old jacket was having issues and they replaced with a new one. Cannot ask anything more. Appreciate the custome experience. The manager and the stuff were really helpful.
