Deceptive Return Policy
Deceptive Return Policy: I purchased two Harrington jackets at the Superdry London Heathrow airport store. When I asked about return policy, the sales associate informed me that I would be able to return in store in my home country. I attempted return at the Livermore, CA store and they informed me I would need authorization from Superdry customer service. I contacted Superdry customer service and they refused to authorize the return. Superdry told me I would have to ship the jackets back to the UK at my own cost. The cost of shipment is more than the jackets cost. Very disappointed.

To confirm purchases made at Heathrow Airport will need to be returned via the Heathrow Returns Procedure. By typing online "Heathrow Returns Form" you will find a form called" Heathrow Returns Promise". The customer would need to follow the steps on this form to make a return.

Soft, stretchy comfortable and stylish! I bought palazzo style pants and a v-neck top. Staff was friendly and helpful in finding the size I needed.
