Superdry - Leamington Spa Avis 

Had an issue with a coat I brought in February and needed refunding and reordering
Staff were chatty, polite and super helpful and I had my new coat sorted amazingly quickly

Coat itself is super warm and very well made

I love superdry clothes.

Really pleased with the design and quality of the beach dress I purchased. Staff at the Leamington shop where I collected were very efficient, friendly and helpful.

I'm new to Superdy and I really liked the Leamington Spa store,the staff were really friendly and helpful and the design of the store had been well thought out.Also the range of clothes were really good and to be honest I found the prices lower than I expected.I bought gloves and a nice winter jacket.

Got advice from a lovely assistant who helped me chose the right size of coat. She spent tome helping me order it online from the shop as they didn’t have my size in stock.

I rang the store to check if my order had arrived as my email said delivered on Monday 22nd I rang on Tuesday 23rd & was told it hasn’t arrived even after I told the assistant I said my email is showing it has she told me no it hasn’t. I then waited til Thursday the 25th I rang the store again I was told to ring customer services. I then rang customer services who told me that my parcel had arrived on Monday the 22nd. I then rang the store back to make sure that my parcel was there so I didn’t have a wasted journey the staff checked and told me yes my parcel is there I then told them what I was told by customer services and that my parcel had been there since Monday. The employee said well your parcel is here and was very rude and I received no apology .

Always top quality. I go up a size as I'm not exactly a slim Jim. The colour is slightly darker than expected. Still worth the money. I did click and collect at leamington and the staff are always fantastic.

My original order - Everest bomber jacket in ochre - was placed online - it arrived promptly, but the coat was two sizes too small from what I ordered, the plastic cover had the correct size, but the actual coat was only size 10. Ok, clearly a human error, but these things happen. I went to the Leamington store 12 miles away to exchange it. The lady who served me was very friendly and apologetic and did her 'best' to find me a coat that fitted me well. I was also offered a store voucher - 10% off the value of the coat for my inconvenience. I was really pleased as I loved the coat, it's so stylish, warm and cosy. To my horror, when I got home I realised there were receipts from two different shops in its outside pockets, as well as a packet of bbq sauce and several sachets of salt from a well known fast food chain dated 27 September from a town 150miles away, which I hardly heard off, let alone visited. The coat still had an inside tag on but was obviously worn. I couldn't believe it, so I took a few photos as proof. I went back to the same store the very next day. I still liked the coat, but I didn't want one that somebody wore on their shopping trip and to McDonald's. I was greeted by different members of staff. I was coldly told that they could offer me a refund or exchange it for me, but they didn't have another one in ochre in my size. I decided to try one in red, but I didn't like it as much. When I got back to the counter, the senior shop assistants were sniggering and I felt really uncomfortable. They tried to order one for me online but were unsuccessful. There were two of them there but I was still left holding the unwanted coat for ages. I had a feeling that they suspected that I had planted the receipts and nobody - apart from the young girl at the counter who originally started dealing with me - even said sorry. I was shell-shocked. I walked away from the shop empty-handed, truly appalled by the experience and have to say have gone off the brand. It's a shame, the Everest bomber jacket is fab, but I'm not sure if I could wear a brand where the customers are treated like this.
Please sort this out Superdry. And could you add some more tags on your products - to the sleeves or outside so that this doesn't happen again.

Needed to return some items id bought previously (as found out there were too small when got them home). Abigail in the store could not have been more helpful....pleasure to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. Superb friendly and helpful service.....would highly recommend A+++

I week on from ordering online a my order still hasn’t arrived at my local store for collection and I get an email requesting a review?
It was showing as “in stock”, it was allegedly dispatched the day after the order.
Mmmm, I wonder what sort of review are you expecting? 🙈
