The assistant went above and beyond offering to look on line for an alternative and arranged delivery.

Fantastic help from the lad that helped me and the one who served me in the shop my only issue they only went to a 16 in most clothes and it’s disappointing wen your just over that lucky for me a little squeeze and the coat fits good but still aim bigger please

Returned a coat, they ordered the next size up but the exact same size was delivered so had to return again.

I tried to make a purchase last week in store using Klarna, the purchase couldn't be completed for some technical reason and I didn't take any products home. Now I have been charged by klarna with other payments pending. I feel like I have been robbed of the money and neither klarna or Superdry are able to help for 10 days as I have no receipt! It's daylight robbery and disgusting business practice to take money and not return within 24hrs of the mistake. You have taken money off me by deception. I was told in store Klarna transaction couldn't be processed so I left store empty handed and now I am already out of pocket with more payments pending.

Great customer service in store! I bought the wrong size online, so I asked to do an exchange in the store, they couldnt do a straight swap but they did it online for me there and then

Went into store didn’t have the colour of Jacket we wanted- young man we asked said we could order it. We were unsure on which size and we asked if he would try them on as he was a similar size to our son who wasn’t with us- without hesitation tried them on for us . We then placed the order through him. Jacket arrived in a couple of days! Thank you

i feel i don’t get much points and i always purchase my makeup toiletry’s etc from here

A recent purchase of four T-shirts
3 for £50 pounds with three different colour options all XL and I would say 2 are more L and the third was like a medium. T-shirt 4 was a perfect fit but in my opinion means that three out of four fitted differently.
I can’t fault the store in white rose Leeds with great employees and clean store but T-shirts 🙈

You asked for my email for the receipt, I specifically asked if it was for marketing and asked not to be sent anything. After I gave you my email for my receipt, the cashier printed one and put it the bag. Now you send me marketing. I don't want this crap sent to me.
