Superdry - Leicester Avis 

went to pick up my order from store, it was about 10 mins before the store was about to close and I was refused entry to the store as it was nearly closing time. Fair play its probably been a long day but I just though that maybe if that person wanted to she could grab my order which was already there instead of asking me to come back. Thats my feedback,

I brought a sweatshirt today from the Leicester Superdry, the shop is great and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I am really happy with the sweatshirt good quality and looks great.

Delivery was relatively quick.
The thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was I opted to do a store return which I thought would have been easier well I was wrong. The young girl on the desk told me that they can't do it as I have changed the details. Then I got asked several questions about wearing it and what not. So I think some extra training for staff to returns is needed. Less questions at the till as well as we have already done the leg work for them.

I couldn't find a jacket in my size, but the staff assisted me in arranging delivery to my address.

The flooring in the store was partly concrete and trying on the long black coat made it dusty across the bottom as it touched the floor when getting it on.

I had to order my size as it wasn't in stock, and was told it would arrive the next day. Maybe she meant the confirmation email, but she definitely made me think she meant the coat as I queried it due to the next day being Sunday. Confirmation of order arrived 4 days later and the coat two days after that. A lovely coat, well packed in plastic bag and outer paper recycled bag. However, my parcel was left in my back garden and had it rained, most probably the paper would have soaked and the contents damaged had they not been protected by a thin plastic bag.

Wasn't in the shop so they ordered it for home delivery which was great and it didn't cost me extra

It was easy to purchase and request a return online. The staffs were very nice when I collected and return my item.

Nice store and good customer service & helpful the coat is perfect very good price.

Staff were helpful & processed my voucher quickly. The only frustration being that all sizes were muddled together.
