No refund after returning item…
I’ve returned in store one of the items I’ve bought and I was told refund would be straight away to my Apple Pay.
No refund yet received, no email confirming I’ve returned the item, nothing at all. So this is not a good experience.

Refunds always go back to the original payment method within 5 working days. 3 days if paid with PayPal.

Super organised!
The shop was nice and tidy, super organised. There was a nice ambience about the store.
It was very quiet and there were not many people around, I was there after lunchtime. I found the customer sales assistant serving me to be polite and friendly.
I feel this updated review is a more accurate reflection of my experience. Keep up the good work!
