The young lady at the till was very polite and friendly and helpful when purchasing my items as I had a few gift vouchers to use and she was very patient whilst doing the transaction.

I was shopping for a warm gilet and I found one at Superdry. My size was not available in the shop so it was ordered for me. Delivery was free and very fast. Great item along with very good customer service- thank you.

The guys want to close the shop at 7 when clearly it says the closing time is 8pm.

At a time when customer service in retail has fallen to a very low point, it’s really important to celebrate and commend great service when you find it. That’s why I wanted to say a big thank you to Nathan at MK for great customer service not just once but twice! The first time with his seamless service when I bought a black parka and he reserved it for me.

Secondly, when unusually there was a fault with the coat. Nathan stepped up, found a replacement coat and had it waiting for me when I called in to make the exchange. He was super efficient and friendly during the whole process. Poor guy was feeling unwell and he still smiled through it.

Nathan is a great credit to Superdry and his team. Some fantastic qualities that are all too rare in retail and customer service generally these days.

I hope his employer can find a way to celebrate and reward him. Thanks for everything Nathan

Have been looking for a decent jacket decided to treat myself to get a superdry jacket.visted the store in the week.had a good look round.coudnt find the one i was looking for.spoke to to assistant.show one i wanted she had a look online for me.had one in right colour and a large .she was very helpful.
