The girl who served us was extremely helpful. A credit to your company and deserves high praise. Didn't catch her name unfortunately but I'm sure she was Bulgarian.

I really appreciate the staff in the store in Newcastle. I feet that they are genuine helping. I purchased a dress for myself on very important occasion of my life and that was for my graduation day!!! Your staff in Eldon Square shop in Newcastle were excellent. Very helpful, pleasant and professional. At almost 78yr old I don’t understand the internet but Elliot and Craig ( I think) placed my order for me . I was delighted when I received my Taupe Coat thro the post, thanks to these 2 special Customer Service Gentlemen 👏👏
