The staff in store were very friendly and having a child who is super sensitive about her size they made her feel at ease.

Kate in Gretna Green outlet was amazing.
We visited Superdry at the Gretna Green outlet today, myself and my soon to be 14 year old daughter. She wanted some tops but we were a bit clueless as to what would fit with being plus size. Staff member Kate (beautiful rainbow hair!!!) came over and discussed her body type and made suggestions for my daughter and really took us around the shop. Knew her stock well. And introduced my daughter into looking at men’s tops etc. brought lots to changing room and swapped sizes and brought stuff we never considered. In the end we picked some T-shirts a hoodie and a bomber jacket. £100 later. Had she not spoke to us we would probably have left the empty handed and not returned. Instead my teen, who is really finding her style and branching out to clothes beyond primark, left with a skip in her step and some new found confidence in how to shop.
Thank you so much Kate. We may travel the 1.5hours back to be served by you again!

I mainly shop in the outlets because as much as I like Superdry clothes, and they are good quality, but in my opinion they are overpriced.
